Returns Policy

Days of May is happy to accept any return of purchase within 14 days from purchase. The items must be returned unworn, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging.

At Days of May we aim to offer the best possible customer service experience. This includes making our pieces as affordable as possible to our customers. In supporting this ethos we are unable to cover the costs of returned goods. This charge will be liable with the sender. 

If the items that are returned have been worn or tampered with, a refund will not be issued, and the items will be returned to you. A refund for your returned item(s) will be issued once we have received the parcel back in our warehouse and the parcel has been checked. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be completed.

Faulty items in the UK:

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty items from Days of May, please complete a contact us form with supporting files and a member of the team will identify the fault and send you a free returns label for the faulty item.

Faulty items can be returned up to 2 months after purchase.

Faulty items outside of the UK
